I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals and then design an exercise and nutrition program that fits your needs.

I will be guiding you through every workout and every meal to ensure you are making progress daily. 

   My goal is to get my clients healthy, then weight loss will follow. The Taylor Gang approach is not to just restrict calories but instead focus on what specific nutrients your body needs and making sure you get the highest quality out of each meal.

I am SOOO Happy I signed up for Taylor’s full body transformation package!  After getting injured and not being able to train the way I use to, I was unmotivated and eating whatever without any structure.  

I gained over 20 lbs!  Taylor’s program was so thorough, structured and effective!  She worked around my injuries and adjusted as needed.  I dropped about 20 lbs within 10 weeks! (12 week program but I was traveling and messed up some but she always helped me get back on track) Now I’m back on routine and feel better than ever!
