Service Description

this is a 1 month package, Typically 2-3 days per week. In this group we split training days into lower body and upper body. *lower body focused training for tightening, toning and building rounder glutes *upper body focused training for firming and reshaping the shoulders and back to build that hourglass waistline. Alternate days will be full body/plyo focused with core strengthening. All women focused
