Service Description

So here’s a little bit about what I do and require: -I will write custom meal plans for you and make adjustments according to your body’s progress each week -You will send me weekly photos front and back so I can keep track and make those needed adjustments. -Cardio and training will be put together and rotated about every 2 weeks to keep the body changing. - Custom Nutritional plan with example meals and access to all my recipes from cookbook and recovery guides. Meals will be tailored to your lifestyle/dietary needs and requirements i.e. : Vegan/Gluten Free/Dairy Free Food Allergies or dislikes etc... Requirements from you: -Photos are due every Sunday so I can make the updates for Monday . -commitment to the diet and training schedule *Plus if you have to send photos on Sunday you will be better over the weekend haha again accountability it a big motivator 😁🙌🏼
